Without prejudice to the applicable contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to exchange the product purchased from Jouai Perfumes within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Exchange requests will not be accepted after this period has elapsed.
Exchange Conditions
The following conditions must be met to exchange the product:

The product must be in its original condition and in good, intact state.

The product must not have been used or benefited from in any way.

The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure it is in proper condition.
The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of requesting an exchange. In the case of an international exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the designated shipping company.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order caused by the store, Jouai Perfumes will bear all related costs and the customer will be compensated accordingly.
Cases Where Exchange Is Not Allowed
The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured or prepared based on the customer’s request or according to specific specifications set by the customer, except in cases where the product has a defect or does not comply with the agreed specifications.

If a defect appears in the product as a result of misuse or improper storage by the customer.
Exchange and return policy
Without prejudice to the applicable contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories and original packaging.

The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return request.

The customer bears the shipping costs in the event of a return, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by the store.
Return Due to Error or Defect
If the return is due to:

the presence of a manufacturing defect in the product, or
-
receiving a product that does not match the order,
Jouai Perfumes will bear all shipping costs, and the refund will be processed to the customer according to the original payment method used.
