Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Within Qatar: The order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 3 hours during official working hours, and delivery will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours.

  • Outside Qatar: The order will be prepared within 2–3 business days, and delivery will take 4 to 6 business days, depending on the shipping company and destination.

Jouai Perfumes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request any additional documents or information necessary to verify the customer’s identity or ownership of the payment method, including—but not limited to—an official ID or credit card.

If the provided information cannot be verified, Jouai Perfumes reserves the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

Delivery from outside the country:

The customer may be registered as an importer when requesting delivery of products from outside the country. In such cases, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for paying all applicable customs duties and taxes.

Ownership of Products

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once they are delivered to the specified shipping address and full payment has been completed.
